At The School Hive, our mission is to explore the educational needs of students in special education, developing innovative, practical solutions that meet the unique challenges of supporting learners with IEPs. We strive to identify gaps in access and curriculum to create tools and strategies that empower every student. Our vision is to help students with disabilities grow into confident, capable, and independent individuals who actively contribute to their communities—fostering a culture of inclusion, growth, and lifelong learning.
All tools should be designed to enhance accessibility and functionality, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of special education students at every stage of their learning journey and promote greater independence

Where it all began…
With a background in Fashion Merchandising, Caity brought her creative eye and passion for design into the field of education. Now a dedicated Education Specialist with a Master’s in Special Education, she channels her love for helping others into the world of Special Education. Caity is on a mission to make sense of the beautifully chaotic world of learning by developing accessible, research-based tools and visually engaging supports. Her work focuses on creating simple processes, functional solutions that bring clarity, structure, and meaningful access to all learners—helping them thrive and grow as lifelong learners.
